About Matthew Russell

Matt Russell is an emerging Scottish textile designer. Matt recently graduated from Grays School of Art, Aberdeen and has been nominated for Scottish Fashion Graduate of the Year 2013 at the prestigious Scottish Fashion Awards.

Having studied Chinese Language & Culture in Nanjing University China there is inspirations of both east and west in his work.

After an internship at On|Off at Paris & London Fashion week working with fashion icons such as Zandra Rhodes, Yang Du & Cunnington & Sanderson as well as designing for Donald Trump's billion pound golf development in Aberdeen, Matt has an extensive professional input and experience into the fashion industry.
